Support & Maintenance

Payment Terms

If the CRM software is not provided for free, the terms should include details about the pricing, payment methods, and any applicable taxes. It should also specify whether the fees are recurring or one-time, depending on the selected plan.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under defined conditions, including notice requirements. Upon termination, access to services and data handling will follow our data retention policy.

Intellectual Property

Limitations of Liability
